We got this as a gift and the hydraulics did not work. We reached out as they said here, and they sent us a new and improved hydraulics set free of charge, and they work great! If you're having any problem getting the hydraulics to work, just reach out and they'll help fix it! They even made a video for how to swap out the old hydraulics for the new here: ruclips.net/video/cymOYrBbWJM/видео.html

Just spent four hours putting this thing together with my grandson. The shooting range is a disappointing 8' at best. Is there anything we can do to increase the range?
Hi Joseph, we re sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the kit. Your kit should fire 8-12 feet when working properly. If the firing distance is significantly less than that, we recommend taking a look at this helpful troubleshooting article to diagnose the issue. Please pay special attention to Tips 3 and 4, and to Checks #4 and #6. I will be seeking a full refund. Got an hour into the thing to find a note buried in this video that we have an "old model" and are missing parts. I don't see a note in the box to that effect. Only this video suggests we have an old model. I sent a note to customer service and heard nothing back about the supposed parts they'd send us. So we pushed through. It took days to assemble, and my nine-year-old's heart filled with anticipation. We finally got to adding the tubes only to discover they would not draw water at all. We painstakingly pulled drips of water into the lines over 20 minutes - my arm is still sore - and got enough water in one to try. Attached it, pulled the lever, and watched it POUR water all over the device. It's like a cruel joke.

Both piston seals were too small for the hydrolic tubes.. would not hold water nor pressure to work AT ALL.. finally filled everything with water even with the leaks.. but the water just leaks/squirts out of the pistons when i move the handles.. this is the SECOND set I've bought bc the first one the tubes the pistons go in broke while trying to assemble.. so upsetting.. we spent HOURS setting this up.. so disappointing.

Do you plan to distribute in Europe?
Kosmos and Thames and Kosmos UK distibute this game in Germany and the UK respectively. Many other partner companies distibute in other European countries!
Would be cool if this was actually available and shipping to US customers...been waiting months since the original June release date. Any update?
Love the EXIT games and I miss the expert levels since the release of the Catacombs of Horror. And I would like to see a special Harry Potter-type edition in Exit just like Unlock has just made with Star Wars. Something new is missing in the Exit series to give it a fresh boost, even if the puzzles and the advent calendar are coming, it would need something that everyone in the game world would talk about. (and please more double boxes like Catacombs ;) 😛
